I've been inspecting homes for 10 years, and I still walk into every one the same way: like I'm the one buying it. A home inspection isn't just a checklist — it's the last real chance to know exactly what you're getting into before you sign. My job is to give you that clarity, without spin and without surprises. I'll walk you through what I find, explain what actually matters versus what's routine maintenance, and make sure you leave with real confidence in your decision — whatever you decide. I'm a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and an FAA-certified Remote Pilot, which lets me get eyes on parts of a home — roofs, chimneys, hard-to-reach areas — that a lot of inspections simply miss.
